Can't connect to internet.

Solution
go into add/remove programs uninstall all wifi software. from another pc if your using an intel mb download the newest intel chipset drivers. copy the driver over to usb stick and install. reboot. make sure on removing wifi drivers none of the wifi sticks are plugged in. from another pc go to realteck web page and download the newest drivers from the wifi dongle. same for the other dongle. unless the drivers for the dongle on the dongle web page are the same date.
What is the status of your router? Is it up and running? Are any wired devices working with internet access?

Being able to connect or not connect to your network is one thing. Loss of internet access is another.

If the network is down then so will the internet be down.

Check all of the connections and cables. Make sure that all are securely connected. Check the power source to the modem and/or router.

Everyone else is able to connect to the internet. It's just my machine.

Thank you.

The first thing to try is to reinstall the drivers for your wireless adapter(s). Download the drivers from the respective manufacturers.

Basically just start over as if new. Reconfigure and see if wireless service can be restored.

Focus on one adapter adapter at a time. Disable the other.

Already done. I disabled the drivers I don't use and updated and rolled backed on drivers on the one I do use. No change.
