Can't connect to Internet

My mobo is a GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5 by Gigabyte. I installed everything from the CD that came with the mobo. Is there something I'm doing wrong? And yes, I've checked all my network settings and sharing settings, they are all on. I believe it has something to do with my network adapter but I don't really understand lol
