Cant connect to network?

I recently got a laptop with a Huawei card, and cant seem to connect to a network with it. Its supposed to work with 3g but i cant find anything for it.

Do you have a SIM card inserted? Is the card SIM-locked to a certain provider?

Its unlocked, i have the drivers for it installed. It doesnt have a sim but the title says GSM.

If it's GSM, you'll need to put a data-enabled SIM card from whatever network you want to use in it. There's usually a slot in the back, under the battery bay.
