Cant connect to one network

Hi all,
I have a laptop here that can connect to one network, however it cannot connect to a second network that we have in the building. When trying to connect to the network that doesnt work it tells me to insert a network card, but there defo is one because i can connect to the other one just fine.
Help much apprieciated. Thanks

Hi jacksals,

So you have two network cards in the machine?
If you do, make sure the drivers are installed correctly and/or it's enabled.
