Can't connect to the computer

Hi all, my RDP connection on my Windows 10 is not working. Can you tell me please what could be the reason? I checked IP addresses, and computer names, everything is correct. But it doesn't work, what else could be the reason?
I will be grateful to you for any hints!

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

What sort of RDP connection is being attempted: home to work or vice versa? Or some other connection: school to home or vice versa?

When RDP attempts fail what error messages are presented?

Or whatever else may occur?

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings and even informational events that are logged when RDP failures occur.

And you know, the computer you're RDP-ing into must be Windows Pro. Home editions do not support remote clients, but you can use them to make connections to others.
