can't connect to the internet. linksys wrt54gl/fibernetbox

Okai so about 3-4 days ago my network suddently stopped, so my youtube video paused. and i realised that the internet was fucked, so i did the usual things by solve network problem in windows, turning everything off and on, on the router and fibernetbox still not working i then tried resetting both the wireless box and my fibernetbox nothing happend, i then accesed my wireless internetbox to configurate or trying to do it in the html thingy and realised that the driver for the box was old so i tryed updating it to the newest one available still nothing happend, so these 3-4 days i've tryed switching several things in the html webbased configuration site for the wireless box, and still nothing, i changed all the things back ofcourse after realising nothing had happend.
so my fibernet box is a packetfront, and my wireless router is a linksys wrt54gl.
you should know that i've had kinda similar problem with this internet a year ago or so, and back then turning the internet off and on or resetting it helped. but know when i do that and try to connect to the router it starts by showing the white bars like theres is internet then i try go on to google and it changes to no internet access.

it seems your linksys router isn't connected to internet make sure that is connected to DSL router properly.
