Can't connect to the internet

I have an acre aspire v5 touch screen. I can't connect to the internet AT all at work. Either via wireless, Ethernet cable or even hot spot from my phone. Worked ok at home on Sunday! It tells me there is connection! It is sending and receiving bytes, but still... No internet. Diagnose problem and it says I need to switch of my router, done that a thousand times, it says I have IPv4 connectivity but no internet access on IPv6 connectivity. Driving me crazy :/ I need internet at work!!! Please help

What IP address do you get at work? What at home?

What is the work network? Full windows domain or an adhoc network...?
