Can't connect to Wi-Fi (neither on laptop, nor on phone) | this problem may or may not be as basic as it sounds

Hi all! First, I'm terribly sorry if I'm posting on the wrong category or something, I'm not very familiar with forums, I usually DIY all kinds of problems. I know this sounds as a very basic problem (and probably it is), but I looked all around the internet for a possible solution, and none of the suggested fixes seem to apply to my situation. Basically, I can't connect to the Wi-Fi all of a sudden, yesterday it worked like charm, this morning I found that pesky little yellow triangle with the exclamation mark. So obviously I restart the router. That, in itself, isn't an easy thing to do because I'm living in a rented apartment and the router is in the landlord's apartment right next to ours - that, however strange it seems, isn't a problem, as I said the Wi-Fi works like a charm. Only it's a problem when something simple goes wrong and you have to restart the router, for obvious reasons. So I tried that, of course, but they weren't home, so I tried to restart it remotely via the router's website. )I wonder if I could f something up with that? I didn't change anything anywhere, just hit submit because that's supposed to restart your router. Isn't it?) That didn't do anything, so I waited patiently for them to come home, then went and restarted the router. Nothing happened. I started to look for possible fixes, which I'm going to explain in a minute.
But first, though I'm not sure what information is relevant, I'm going to say that we have a TP-LINK router (had one exactly like this one for 4 years, had no problem with it), and that a hotspot works fine, as I'm writing this with my cherished mobile internet. Also, as I stated, the Wi-Fi doesn't work on my phone, either, it connects but doesn't load anything. I asked our landlord, he said he did nothing with the router (he doesn't really know what it is).
Another strange thing: I can no longer access my router admin panel from the browser with its IP adress. Which is a shame, because a factory reset would probably help.
So, here's an ipconfig:

I think (!) I have my drivers up to date, I already updated them via Device Manager. Also, if I try to do an ipconfig /release and /renew thingy (which, again, I have no idea what it is) this happens:

No operation can be performed on Ethernet while it has its media disconnected.
No operation can be performed on Local Area Connection* 11 while it has its media disconnected.
No operation can be performed on Bluetooth Network Connection while it has its media disconnected.

Okay, I think this is all, but I'm happy to provide any information you need, as I said I have no idea about anything, to be honest. And I thank you for your help in advance very much, because I'm one of those horrible millennials who can't exist without the internet - yet, know nothing about it. Seriously, thank you & have a great day/night! Virag

Interestlingly enough, it says that the DNS server isn't responding. (I have a faint memory of noticing that, google-ing it and my problem persisting...)

Oh yes, this is what I have a faint memory of. I did this, but it does nothing ecxept for killing my hotspot connection as well (is it supposed to do that in any strange way?). If I tick the "Validate settings upon exit" box, a troubleshoot starts instantly and gives the same "The DNS server isn't responding" problem.

I really don't know what that means, but it does sound a bit apocalyptic (even though it's been settled that the lease -whatever it is- lasts 2 hours).

I only ticked the internet services, if that's ok. Ticking the others doesn't make much of a change.
