Question Can't connect to WiFi after updating Windows 10 ?

Ok so here's my situation.

I updated Windows 10 last night when going to bed and now this morning I can't connect to my wifi. These may not be linked, it could be a coincidence?

So the wifi is working. It's picking up the neighbour's wifi and other connections and I can hotspot my phone to it. The strange thing is, every other devices can find my wifi network except my computer.

I've tried lots of things, updating drivers, reset network. I even reset windows. Nothing helped.

Now you might say maybe reset the router? It's hard to explain but I live under a holiday house that the owner rents to tourists and I pay a bit extra to use his wifi cause I can't get the net on here because he has it on. So trying to reset it will be kind of a headache involving contacting the real estate. Plus it seems to be working since my other devices can see it.

So before I contact them and go through that drama, I was hoping that someone might know why my computer can't specifically find my wifi connection when everything else can ?

could be it used too much data for the update that the owner block it?
