Can't connect to wifi.

Hey, I am Abhi. I am using ACER e-machine, with Win 7 installed. Few days ago me and my friend were trying to play COD MW3 through LAN cable, It didn't work, we changed some settings and tried to connect again but didn't work. Now the problem is that I forgot what settings did I change and second problem is that from now onwards I cant connect to an of the WIFI networks. Need your help please. I have to use my phone to connect to internet.

Try doing a system restore to a date before your changes.

Did you change settings on the gaming system or in the modem/router?

If the modem, connect a computer to the modem via ethernet cable and login to the firmware. (You do not need internet access to accomplish this and will want to hardwire to setup the modem/router in the case of a reset being needed anyway)

Once in the firmware, ensure that the wireless is still turned on, and try changing the network. (Change the SSID of the network you are trying to use) Then take note of the password. Try and reconnect to the new network with the password you wrote down.
