Can't connect to WiFi

Hello, I just finished setting up my new PC and my home network will not show up in networks to connect to. I've tried just about everything with no results. Thanks in advance.

Did you install the drivers for it?

Yes I have installed the drivers

It has other networks listed from the neighbors and I can connect to the WiFi with my phone and other devices but it just won't show up at all on my PC.
