can't connect to wireless or ethernet

I can't connect to the internet using wireless or ethernet, but my wifes laptop works fine. also my ethernet controllers and network adapters show they arent enabled but i can't load them.....Please help

check for your system's ethernet and WLAN adapter drivers if using windows go to device manager check what devices are showing with yellow exclamations.
