Can't Connect to Zone

Everytime I try to launch my game, Zone said it needs to
install into a directory and gives me a wierd install box
with a character in it. Do I need Admin rights on my
computer in order to play?

Yes, you need Administrator rights. Or:

Open regedt32, give full rights in security to
HKLM/software/Microsoft/Internet Gaming Zone to the user.
