Can't connect using ethernet cable

i cant connect to internet using ethernet, but i works when using wifi, i already tried updating drive, renew ip scanning for virus but still cant connect. it always say unidentified network no internet access

that is what its looks like on ethernet properties. it also said that one or more network protocols are missing on network diagnostic, but i dont know which one is missing. i tried using another laptop(works fine using ethernet) with the same cable and it show this

Go to network settings in control panel and choose change adapter settings. In this click on your network device(Realtek networking device or so) and choose disable this networking device. Wait for a full minute and re enable the network device. Hopefully it would be solved .
