cant connect vonage device to internet

3 new vonage devices, new cisco router, all new plugs and vonage still won't see the internet. Unreal! My wifi works fine for everyother device, did all the troubleshooting, chatted with vonage and still nothing. very frustrating, any ideas??
 
The router may be blocking the traffic for the Vonage devices. If you can figure out which port Vonage uses to communicate, you can make sure the traffic is not being blocked or rerouted in some manner. I have not yet used Vonage, but do you have to assign an IP address to the devices and is there any sort of web interface for them? - Sub
