Cant Connect Wifi

Hi , I just arrive at a hotel i often stay and i ever connect to their wifi . But this time , when i want to connect to wifi , my laptop can't found any connection but my phone can detect the wifi . Same thing happens when I went back at home . Suddenly I can't connect my laptop to my home wifi but my phone can . How can i connect my laptop to wifi back?

check for wifi drivers whether it has been uninstalled or maybe if it is disabled, try reinstalling the latest drivers

Most laptops have a key combination or button to disable the WiFi. You may have accidentally bumped it. Check you manual or Google for your model number and "WiFi switch"
