can't connect with the network security key on laptop with with windows 7 but all other computers connect useing the same key

laptop running windows 7 won't connect with network security key ,says "the key is incorrect" but other computers are using the same key to access the network,also the laptop worked at another wifi location.

no,just numbers in my key..check ..check and recheck..even when to router settings page to confirm
