Hi, I recently encountered a problem with my hp z400 workstation connection. Previously, both the ethernet and usb wifi that I used work perfectly however recently the ethernet cable cant seem to connect to the net. Not a big thing since I can still connect using the usb wifi. But now even the usb cant be used, it happens a few times where i cant connect to the wifi but works ok with hotspot through my phone so i never thought theres any problem however now neither are working. Through standard troubleshooting it only state that both adapter are having issues. Previously it said dns error a couple of times and I did several dns flush etc that i found tutorial on that helps but now neither can no longer be connected and im at a lost.. I have tried uninstalling, restart and reinstall driver but no avail. Does these means i should purchased a new usb dongle or is there something wrong with my os?
