Sorry if this is the wrong section I wasn't sure where to ask this question. So I upgraded my mother board from a ASROCK H310CM-IB to a MSI MPG z390 gaming plus. I have a prebuilt and deiced to upgrade the ram and motherboard and now I cant use the same program that came preinstalled which was Asr Polychrome. When I reinstalled it says this utility is not for this platform. so now I cant change my fan lights or the light strip color. Does anyone know of a program I can use instead? Thanks for the help!

MSI uses https://www.msi.com/Landing/dragon-center-download to control all their products RGB. This is why RGB is terrible, since almost none of the main manufacturers support other RGB control programs so you are forced to either buy all of the same manufacturers parts or have a bunch of different apps running.

Also I would suggest you reinstall windows since you swapped motherboards if possible. Changing chipsets like this will cause issues down the line. If you only have an OEM copy of windows which is likely since its a prebuilt you can buy a cheap windows key https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/get-windows-10-free-or-cheap,5717.html
