[SOLVED] can't control fan speed, they are running at 100% all the time

Hi guys,

So my Asus rx 580 8gb fan control is not working properly, they are running at 100 % all the time (2300 ish RPM)
I cant get them to lower the speed not with the AMD drivers and in MSI they show as "0 RPM".

can this be a hardware issue? or a power issue? (I have a 500w psu)
motherboard is a z87 deluxe

this is your gpu fans should start at 55 c check the fan connect process on link https://www.asus.com/ca-fr/Graphics-Cards/ROG-STRIX-RX580-8G-GAMING/ also if you could try gpu in another system to see if fans speed stay high if yes rma .
