cant control the light color on my phanteks evolv case

So just got this case, everything was fine until i installed a phanteks led strip in my case.

There s a button on the case which used to change lightning mods/color (long press for modes single press colors very long press to turn off)
After installing the led strip i cant use static color, the button presses are not useless but not working as it should be.
anyone had the issue before?

Hmm, I have the P400s Tempered glass, I have not had that happen. Are you sure it is the RGB strip and not something else?

it can be something else too but it happened after i installed the strips.

Are there more RGB strips built into the case? I have a RGB strip, in the case and one underneath in the front. Try unplugging it and trying it. If that does not do anything I would call phanteks and ask support.

There werent any strips before just the power button on top and the hdd light at the bottom.
i wish i could do that but i live in Turkey and there aint no phanteks support here.

i have found the problem thus the solution.

when i got the strips i have installed everything as it should be. i was expecting to control the lights from my motherboards software too. but the mobo software AURA is broken, it just doesnt work whatever i do.
So i uninstalled.
and it occured to me to UNPLUG the rgb strip FROM THE MOBO's RGB socket.
now it works fine with the button.
The problem is it isnt working with aura now (which was the reason i purchased an Asus GPU and Asus MOBO)
