Cant copy a dvd.

Hey guys i have a dvd which has one rar file on it and it is fully unscrated but when i copy it.It get struck on 75% and very very slowly advance(by using ultraiso) plz i want the data from it plz help.

what you have on this dvd it is self document or a copy of software .

How big is the file and what or more importantly what is the format of the device are you copying it too>
