Can't copy anything into SD card

As the title says, I canf copy anything into my ad card after I dismounted it in my android phone because it froze. I tried turning the phone on and off and hooking it up in my laptop to try and copy something into it but it just won't work. It says "SD card is busy" but I'm not doing anything other thing.

My phone and the computer is reading the card just fine. It just wouldn't let me copy anything in it

Try using diskpart on your laptop to clean it

I assume there isn't anything you want recovered on it. If there is then begin recover procedures first.
