Cant create windows hotspot

When i'm with ethernet cable on, and if I want to create a hotspot using windows hotspot (Settings - Network - Hotspot) I click there and it enables the hotspot but instantanly goes off again. Sometimes it stays on but people who connect to wifi hotspot can't reach internet... even when I try on windows cmd, it creats hotspot but same thing, people can't have internet... I've tryed connectify and it worked but because it is a payed software I can't use it anymore... Can you guys help me?

commands used on cmd
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=wifi key=12345678
netsh wlan start hostednetwork

Can you please check and confirm if Wi-Fi Sense Is Disabled on Your PC? If yes, enabling it and then creating a hotspot might help.
