Can't decide between Geforce GT730 1gb DDR5 & Geforce GT740 2gb DDR3

Geforce GT 740 comes with PCI 3.0 and has 128-bit.

Please advise / suggest on choosing the right GPU.

Is the 750 out of your price range?
It is the better GPU, but if you have only these 2 to choose from, the 740 is the better of the 2.
More powerful GPU, even though only using DDR3 memory.
