Question Can't decide between listed CPUs for high end PC

So, I am building 13900k and 4090 PC and can't decide between PSU from tier A like hx1000i or similar (around 250 euros in my country)

or one of the only two available gen 5 PSUs in my country Fortron Hydro GT PRO 1000w which I can't even find reviews (for that model) and Gigabyte UD1000GM which is i B tier I think. (both are around 200 euros)

When I asked local stores they recommend me one of the listed gen 5 PSUs.

Now I ask you for your advice am I just paranoid and should pick up one of these two or should I go with older but more known one?

Since the reputation of Gigabyte PSUs is horrible you just go for the FSP.

One you linked is G version, one I can get is GT version. I don't really know the difference in quality but I do know GT has 7 instead of 10 year warranty...
