Cant decide mobo for rx vega 64 Crossfire

Hello. As i said, i cannot decide on which mobo i should purchase. I just want my gpus to run smoothly and i want an AM4 mobo cause i intend to buy a ryzen cpu. Nothing too expensice and fancy but reliable.

While that mobo does have 2x x16 slots, it only runs the primary at x16, the other is x4 or if a pcie x1 is used, the pcie x16 secondary slot becomes x2 instead. Not good for xfire.

Would be my choices.
