Building a $900 Gaming PC for a friend including a 1080p monitor(anywhere from 24" to 19").He would like it to be as small as possible and as quiet as possible, but as long as it isn't vacuum cleaner, he's fine. He already got Windows from BestBuy so he doesnt need an OS.

Perhaps something like this :)

There are quite a few nice microATX cases, some that I liked are these:
LianLI: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112300
Fractal Design: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352011&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Edit: Bigshootr9's monitor is definitely better :)

Hey your build is good if you wanted something more portable although the prodigy from what I understand is a large ITX case/ Micro Atx case in this case 😛 but yea still good build nonetheless.
