Cant decide to buy 1060 or 1070 or don't buy any of them

Hello, i got some money to spent on my pc.Right know i have r9 380 4GB with ryzen 1600x, 2x8 gb 3000 Ram and 75 Hz monitor.I decide to upgrade my graphic card, here is my options;
1.Upgrade to ASUS GeForce GTX1070 DUAL OC
2.Upgrade to MSI GeForce GTX1060 ARMOR 6GB OC + Aoc 144hz monitor
or any suggest ?

Assuming AOC is 1080p monitor, then 1060 will be fine. (option 2)

Yes it is 24 inch 1080p. what do think about to stay on 75Hz 21inch monitor

The 1060 is more than adequate for that. Presumably the resolution is less than 1920 x 1080? I imagine for the 21.5 monitor, you could consider the 1060 3GB as a less expensive solution.

If unlikely to be playing games that want more than 3GB VRAM, the same card could be fine for the 144 monitor. There's not a huge difference between the 3GB and 6GB cards, other than 3GB of VRAM. Some games want more than 3GB, but the system will still cope with them.
