one build has a phanteks p400 https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6M2JvV and the other has a fractal design Define Mini c.https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BXxwGf Currently my micro atx pc is on the carpet ( i do not have room on my desk) i will be moving my setup to a bigger room so i will be able to have i on my desk.

The p400 is a lot more premium than the Mini-C. Build quality wise It’s got steel and tempered glass vs plastic and a clear plastic window. Feature wise I feel like there’s not much of a difference between them other than ssd/hdd mounting positions. Also the p400 is cheaper right now which makes it an easier choice.
The larger case is easier to cool and so allows for easier and higher overclocks. The cooler environment is also good for your components.
The ATX motherboard allows for more expansion (more ram, more sata headers).

The only reason to get a mATX if you have space constraints.
