Can't decide what Motherbaord to get...

I am getting an i5 4690 and obviously not overclocking anything, no plans of SLI or Crossfire too. I would like a motherboard that will last a very long time and be able to keep up with all the new components to be released in the future.

Someone has suggested the ASUS H97-PRO Gamer but another has said Gigabyte GA-Z97P. There is around a £30 difference in price which isn't so bad. My budget is £100 max.

Any other suggestions or ideas?

Maybe I should have mentioned that I would preferably like a mobo of the colours black, grey or silver too. Got any in mind?
