Can't decide which 970 to choose!

So ive been looking for many months now and i still can't decide which 970 to pick. Ive read so many guides, including TH, and yet nothing. any suggestions? i want something with a back plate, good oc, and somewhat low noise. If possible, a water block for it would be nice. thanks in advance
