Can't decide which MB to pick.

So hey,

I'm planning to overclock an I5 4690k and i have 2 choices to choose from:

1. Asrock Z87 Pro 4
2. Asus Z97-P

I would update the bios on the z87 so i could use my I5.
Which one is better to overclock this CPU?
