I've made a new build, but I seriously can't choose wich power i should pick:

(CPU)i3-4150 Haswell Refresh 3.5GHz
(Motherboard)MSI para Intel B85M-G43
(GPU)Placa de vídeo VGA XFX Radeon Double R9 270
(Ram)Corsair 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CMV4GX3M1A1600C11

So...

EVGA 430 / 500W Corsair 430 / 500W or Zalman ATX 500W - ZM500-LE? 430w would be fine, or I should pick 500@?

Also, my friend says that Zalman is one of the bests solutions and that its a better choice than the others, what do you guys think?

Solution
Both are good manufacturer of PSU`s. Get the one which you fell in love.
There is no best between those. The best is when you are satisfied with what you bought and it complies to all your needs.

Hey, thanks for the answer!

Since a 500W PSU is better for my spec, I have one more questuion: which one is the best, EVGA or Corsair?

I see... it's my first build, so I'm really lost about what to choose haha thanks for the advice!

Even the Zalmn? I did some research and a lot of people said it has a lot of flaws compared to Corsair and EVGA, while my friend said that from his experience Zalman is a really good option and it is even comparable with Corsair too... is that true? I'm asking that because here where I live this PSU is the cheapest one

I assume you meant Chinese? You are aware that Seasonic and SuperFlower are both Chinese? And they are the best manufacturers in the world right now?

A Zalman ZM500-LE is made by Hui Cheng Electronic Technology and is almost certainly junk. There are some decent Zalman units but that would not be one of them.

The Corsair CX and EVGA 500B probably? are very similar in quality. You will find both in tier 3 here.

With your build I would stick with a unit in tier 2 and up if you can find one in your price range. If you have to go with tier 3 it's OK just be aware they may not last as long especially when stressed as a higher end unit.

A system with a single R9 270 needs a recommended 450w power supply. As long as you buy a decent unit there is no need to go over that.

I mean the ****ese (literally ***ese) product.
I`m working in a big company man and we often purchase ***ese product but of course with our own standard.

Sea sonic and Super flower does not sound ***ese.
This is ***ese (乙彼様). It`s also not ***ese its Japanese. lol

You get what I mean?
