hey guys ive been researching like crazy, but i still cant decide, im gonna go the socket 939 route, mostly for gaming, should i wait for pci express, will it make me that much more future proof? when will sli become available, and will it be crazy expensive?

SLI would be a GREAT deal if you could find a 50% off coupon and a 2 for 1 coupon!

If you're going Socket 939 forget SLI because it requires PCIe.

who says no pci-e this year? i think some ppl are taking one article from the INQ too far, as later they themselves went back on it. The nforce 4 will be released in october with baords to be coming soon after, perhaps late october, early november. Abit already has a pci-e board listed on thier website. now via and sis may also come late this year or early next, but it seems the nforce 4 wont be that late.
