Question cant decrease brightness in windows 10

Hello everyone,

I am using windows 10, ASUS X456UAK. My problem is I can not increase or decrease the laptop brightness. Event I tried from windows mobility center and found that the brightness bar is already in 0% but still brightness is in the max. I tried to find out the problem and googled.
I tried most of the solution like updating Intel hd graphics 620 driver which is not running but nothing worked.


Note:I tried to install a driver for usb to vga adapter, I think this is the root cause of this problem. I uninstalled it and tried but nothing worked.

Did you go into Settings (the Gear icon) and check the Ease of Access and Personalization configuration settings?

No. Actually I have not activated my windows yet.
