Cant delete a file

Hello,
so i cant delete a file that is giving my computer viruses. I went in and tried to set the security to allow me to delete, but even with me being the administrator i cant change anything this is the file: C:\Windows\Installer\{e0b2d104-07bf-22c0-683c-905e6600cc79}

use a program like unlocker to force delete it.
