Question can't delete a file

there is a file that is some kind of malware and i tried to delete it with cmd and with software but it won't go, any tips?

More information needed:

Filename, file type, location, size, date?

What OS are you running? What AV and/or anti-malware are you running?

What error message do you get when you try to delete that file?

I use windows 10 and just windows defender but if i got a virus i use malwarebytes.
It's a .sys file
When i try to delete it by just selecting it just doesn't delete and get's stuck on a loading thing.

It's in a different language but i think you know what it represents

Boot of a Linux Live disk, find the file using the file explorer and see if that will let you delete it.
