My aunt borrowed my flash drive last week coz she's going to use it in her office for some reasons. she lost her flash drive weeks ago and she knows i got 3 of it. then last night, she returned the flash drive and when i start to format it, there's a folder that won't delete. the folder's name is M.Buble and i can't delete it no matter what I try . when I try to uncheck the hide protected operating system file(Recommended), there are hidden files that are .jpg, almost 4 of it . Can someone help me abput this ? thanks !! I searched the whole night for answer but it seems nothing solves my problem . I hope you guys can help me .

Hahaha it seems that he find shelter in my usb >.< I think that after she transfer all her files in my usb, something is wrong or there is a virus

Try running diskpart again but using the following commands:
- Run diskpart.exe
- list disk (take note of what number belongs to the flash drive based on the drive capacity)
- select disk # (replace the # with your flash drive's disk number, make sure you select the correct one)
- clean all (usually takes a while)
- format fs=ntfs quick

If that still fails, try running a chkdsk on your flash drive. Start cmd as admin and type the drive letter and then a colon ex "E:" and press enter. Now type "chkdsk /f" and hit enter. Just wait for the command to finish and then tell me if it finds any problems.

here is the problem :
it says "CHKDSK cannot run because the volume is in use by another process . CHKDSK may run if this volume is dismounted first"
