Cant delete files

when i try to delete two folders, it says i dont have permission when im the administrator can someone help me identify the problem?

EDIT: solved it by following a link commented by blackbird on a similar thread

Hi,

Did you try to left click on the folder goto propreties => security => select the user in use => click edit => click full control
then ok => ok and try to delete the folder.

If it does not work you can use a offline delete program or boot with a rescue cd / plug in another computer and delete it from there
