Can't delete folder from usb drive

I made a folder in my usb drive for all my school stuff. couple of days later it said that that folder was 74 GB big when i only have 8 GB. when i opened the folder it had random folders inside which i did not make and they were named with some weird language. also i can't save anything in the folder and when i run a virus scan of the folder it says some files can't be scanned.

Run a checkdisk on the drive in windows. I am almost certain you have corruption on that drive.
