Can't delete funny looking files from phone.

So I just bought a new SD card(micro) for my lumia 730. I had to go through the tedious task of transferring all my data to the new card. That's when I encountered these funny looking files.
The new "saved pictures" folder that the phone created on the sd card had some weird ass files on them. So I checked my old card to see if it too had these files. And, it didn't. So I tried to delete these files.
AND I can't delete these files as they're write protected.
Though these files only show when I connect my phone to the computer and have no impact whatsoever on functionality, they're bugging me a lot for some reason.
I'd live my life a lot easier if I could get rid of them.
Can anyone educate me on what they are and how to get rid of them.

Probably just some software or code used to run the SD device. You can't uninstall them because they are most likely a crucial file for the software of the SD Card. If they become an annoyance try renaming or moving them elsewhere if possible.

Don't know if they're important as my prev memory card didn't have them(The files were created by the phone.)

The only other thing I can think of is that the device uses a font designed for Phones and Cameras and isn't compatible with Windows Fonts. Eg, you don't have the right font so it's just uses random characters to display them.
