Can't delete HP Protecttools security manager

So apparently i need to delete HP Protectools security manager to and im trying but everytime i try(through the windows uninstall) it says this: This software is not supported on this system. Ples help,

I did but the HP thing didnt come up on it? can i manually search for it?

U said yes and the only way i found how to do it was to use hunter mode, while doing that it thinks that the HP file is audacity? SHELP!
