cant delete temporary files 20gb windows 10!!!

Hi to everyone,i have an issue on storage windows cant delete temp files,things that i tried:
cccleaner,diskcleanup ,put %temp% but nothing happens ,storage say 20gb and cant delete even from remove files from storage menu
:/pls help

why not use disk clean up, make sure to click the button (clean up system files)

Empty your recycle bin as well.

Hi dimitris, I've seen this problem before on here and I think the number shown is sometimes incorrect, it could be a Windows bug.

You can find out if it's incorrect or not by downloading one of these Disk Space Analyzers and looking over each the folders (and subfolders) on your drive to see if there are any large folders which probably shouldn't be so large.

A few Disk Space Analyzers:
WinDirStat https://windirstat.net/
TreeSize https://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free/
RidNacs https://www.splashsoft.de/ridnacs-disk-space-usage-analyzer/
... and there are several others, just pick one.

If you find a folder which is taking up an unusual amount of space and you don't know what it is, open it and take screen shots of the files and post the images here (you'll have to upload the images to a site like https://postimages.org/ then post the address that site gives you to here. Then we'll take a deeper look and see what needs to be done (if anything).

If you don't find any folders taking up an unusual amount of space then it's likely it's a Windows bug. Use the Feedback Hub app to make a report about it.
