Can't detect 2nd hard drive, shows in device manager only

I installed a 2nd hard drive, WD Caviar Blue, in a Dell Dimension 9200. The SATA for drive is on. The device manager shows drive is working. The computer folder does not show drive. I tried switching from RAID to Auto Detect and computer won't boot.

Does it show up in Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Computer Management>Disk Management? If it does, format it and give i a drive letter then it can appear in Computer.
