Can't detect any GPU [HELP]

My computer turns on but there's no display. I had to move my VGA cable from the GPU to On-Board GPU and it worked but in low resolution and stretched image.

I found out that my GPU isn't listed on the device manager, but the fans are spinning.

I tried:
- Disabling/Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Drivers
- Resetting BIOS Settings
- Clearing CMOS
- Inspecting the GPU if there's any damage (None)
- Putting different GPUs (3 GPUs)
- Testing the current GPU (Works on other PC)
- Cleaning the PCIe port (Clean as heaven)

Do you think its a dead port or just misconfigured?
P.S. the slot is PCIe x16

Keep in mind that the fans are spinning and the system says that the port is in use.

Solution
With respect to the PCIe slot, did the other graphics cards work? If so, then a slot issue can also be ruled out.

PSU should power that graphics card without any issue. Perhaps check voltage readings in BIOS or using something like HWMonitor to see if there are any major fluctuations to indicate faulty power delivery.

With BIOS settings, it could be something like 'PEG' depending on manufacturer. May as well eliminate this as well.

The oddest thing is the card works on another PC, but not seen in the PC you're trying to get it to work in. Had it not been for that, I would conclude the graphics card is dead.

You may need to check what software changes may have occurred if it was so sudden. As is, nothing seems particularly obvious...
Not much I can add...

You mention a dead port? Which port? Seeing as you've performed some troubleshooting you could have verified this in the other system as you state the graphics card works in another PC.

You don't mention checking 'show hidden devices' in Device Manager (I am assuming Windows). Hopefully it's recognised there and you can install drivers that way.

Unlikely to be an issue but check what BIOS settings you have for graphics; may have to manually choose the PCIe option for display.

What are your system specs? Especially the graphics card you're trying to use and the PSU?

Hopefully others can provide additional insight.

Thank you for replying

I forgot to put which port, it's PCIe x16 slot. I'll update my thread..

I already did that, not even a single unknown devices is listed.

Also did that, checked all settings on the BIOS, I can't find any PCIe settings.

Well, it was all working perfectly fine, then suddenly it just happened.

Before you judge, I know this is a s*** PSU and GPU,
This is my lower-end PC just for browsing and documenting.
