Question Cant detect HDD

Two days ago i have reset windows 10 trough it's reset option. But only SSD is detected. HDD is nowhere to be found.. when i enter bios and go to storage properties it says that SATA slots are empty. Bios is on legacy mode.
Laptop in question : MSI GE73 Raider RGB 8rf
I've installed drivers with Intel assistant.

No, i dont want to open cause of warranty but if theres no other way i will.
Is there anything i can try without having to open laptop?

Nit even bios recognizes it..
how can i run chkdsk or antivirus scan if windows acts like there is no HDD?
I dont care about data i just need HDD to work
