Hello!

Today I successfully installed win10 on my new SSD, so now I have win7 on my HDD and win10 on my SSD. The problem is that on win10 it can't detect my router but it can see the ones in the neighbours.
Every other device in the house detect my wifi and connected to it. Even my PC can connect it while using win7, but when I boot into win10 it's not working. If I share a wifi hot spot from my phone, the win10 detects it and can connect it also. Any idea?

My wifi adapter: TP-LINK tl WN821N

Things I tried:
Restart PC
Reinstalling driver
Connect with WBS button

Solution
What hardware version of the adapter are you using, V?
Uninstall the driver and let Windows search for the driver. Don’t use the supplied driver. Different countries use different drivers according to region (V#,) and the driver should be downloaded from the regional TP Link site. And BTW, Win10 will probably not be your friend with this adapter.
Ensure that Windows 10 is not trying use wired network connectivity - only one network adapter, either wireless or wired should be enabled.

In your case you want wireless enabled.

Access the "Windows 10" wireless network adapter settings to double check the configuration.

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt. Post the results.

Well I think this is where the problem lays. Because I just tried it with my previous PC which was never connected to this router before. It has win7 and XP in dual boot, and it saw the router in both OS.

So I assume the adapter is not compatible with win10. But why my router is the only one which is missing...I don't get it to be honest...

Try using a Win8 driver.
