Can't detect TPM Device

Hello,
when i am connected a second sata hard disk to my computer, in the starting this message "Can't detect TPM Device" arrives. In bios the harddisk is showing but while in my computer or in device manager the hard disk is not seeing. what is the reason ? How can I use this Harddisk?

What are the basic specs for your computer? Also, are you encrypting your primary HDD via TPM? Does Disk Management recognize the presence of the HDD?
