Can't disable speed step and it NEVER runs at full speed.

Anyways I have E200 on a P35-DS3L and never had this problem I turned of the TH2 or w/e it is and the C1E and not matter what I do my processor won't ever speed up to 3 ghz, I turned on some Full Thrust thing and I didn't check out CPU-Z and computer loaded 2x faster and then when I opened a game and stuff and got in I got bsod.

BSOD is not Speed Step related.
Your CPU (what ever it is) might not speed up to 3Ghz because it's not that fast a CPU?
Check out CPU-Z.

e5200 i'm guessing is 2.5ghz not 3ghz,

also it probably isn't upping the voltage.

Well there is no E200 cpu. I know that had to be a type but there is no E*200 cpu that has a clock speed of 3ghz. A e5200 is 2.5ghz and the e8200 is 2.66ghz

Why are turning things off in BIOS if you dont even know what they are called. They arent "things or w/e) in the BIOS. And as WR2 stated a BSOD is not speed step related anyways.
